A proud Beachwood native, Jaime is making waves in Cleveland as the go-to female event host and DJ, with her office based at COhatch. Her journey into event entertainment took off while working for Disney Cruise Line from 2011 to 2013, where her love for the microphone and audience engagement blossomed. This experience sparked a passion for creating magical moments, which she now channels into her full-time entrepreneurial venture, The Energy Producer—a woman-owned and operated entertainment company in Northeast Ohio.

Jaime’s expertise in creating immersive experiences was further refined during her tenure as an Exhibit Project Manager at the Great Lakes Science Center. It was here that she mastered the art of floor planning, guest engagement, and designing interactive, hands-on exhibits. These skills translated seamlessly into her talent for event hosting, where she intuitively draws guests into a space, crafts a seamless flow, and delivers unforgettable moments of connection and interaction.

As a professional emcee, DJ, and lighting partner, Jaime crafts personalized event experiences for nonprofit fundraisers, corporate functions, weddings, mitzvahs, and beyond. In just four years, she has become recognized as a key connector in Cleveland, actively engaging with industry-specific and women-in-business groups. Jaime’s commitment to her community shines through her board memberships, volunteering, mentoring, and organizing speed networking events. This August, she was honored as one of Cleveland Jewish News' "12 Under 36 Members of the Tribe" for her contributions to the community.

Beyond her professional achievements, Jaime co-founded an event series that breaks barriers, addresses taboo topics, and fosters deep connections among women. Her mission is empowering women to pursue their dreams and thrive in male-dominated industries, especially STEM. She’s blazing a trail for the next generation of girls in event entertainment and is thrilled to inspire hundreds of local teens each year at the "STEM Goes Red for Girls" event with the American Heart Association.
